She naturally draws on a strengths-based approach to counselling, utilizing various CBT, family systems, and solution-focused interventions to suit clients’ needs. My name is Mary Fletcher. I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) based in North Vancouver. I have been working with children, youth and their families on the North Shore for over 25 years and in a counselling capacity for over 15 years. I have a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology conferred from the University of British Columbia in 2007, as well as Bachelor of Education and Bachelor of Arts degrees, also from UBC.
